BioI was born in South West London and now live here again after a long time living in Hammersmith - I moved back for more space, a more relaxed life and a garden. I work for the Civil Service and am a publicist although people think I'm in IT for some reason (maybe hacking {out} C# code has something to do with it). I have been known to turn up at Science Fiction conventions and have had a novel and a few stories published over the years. Even more infrequently I turn up at Goth clubs. Recently I have got involved with the local Campaign for Real Ale although my alcohol intake has been low and likely to become even lower. In progress at the moment is a novel. When not doing that I am often out on my bike. I used to have a recumbent (two in fact, at different times) but now have a Brompton folder. I can drive, but don't: there's no need to around here. I'm not involved, but I'm open to persuasion.
